i need help i want to know what an fc would look like with stock fenders maybe rolled or pulled with 16x8 +0 or something close and if im gonna have any clearance issues?? please help i searched and found fitment threads but none that dealt with 16s thanks in advance

 

it aint gonna fit with stock fenders, u'll have some mexiflush

 

a 8" wide wheel with a +35 barely fits under a stock fender with stock camber

 

i figured thats why i couldnt find anything... thanks

 

fits rear with 205 and a little pull, 215 and medium pull. Fronts (205) with a really big pull, but it works.

 

I knew it would fit the rear I'm just worried about the front... I don't really like the crazy pulled look but I don't really wanna go wide body in the front either... pics of a front fender with a lot of pull would be nice I'm gonna go back to searching... thanks again

 

This is becoming a very common setup. Go to the pictures section and you'll see tons of threads. 16x8 0 offset will fit the front with stretched 205s and pulled fenders.

so basically you are running on 205/50/16, right. Do you have any side pics of the rim with the tire. To see how much the tire is rolled on the rim.

 

Tire stretch is very minimal(sp?). The problem is that even with the stretch just the tread is under the fender which looks retarded. Its not the tire you need to pull the fender for its the rim itself. I pulled and rolled the stock fenders and am about a 1/4in short but i think with a bigger bat i can get it.

30mm front fenders would cover it no problem.

16x8 -1 up front. Early sawzall stage of my car...........Tires stuck out almost 2 inches. Looked interesting to say the least. Ok, it looked like ***.

No clearance issues at all with stock suspension. There is a reason no one does this, you are definately right.

No the rim isn't even close to the fender, thats the point. You want the WHOLE rim to be under the fender. When it sticks out it looks like *** as dawicka pointed out.

If you look at my pictures, that is what your car would look like. The tread would be under the fender as those are 215's in the picture but the rim and the rest of the tire still stick out. Stretched tires are dumb, they don't let you fit a wider rim on your car cuz the rim is too big, not the tire. I have never understood how ppl think it looks nice.

 

Ive seen different styles of this wheel? what are they and who makes them, I really like them and there hard to find! for me anyway.. thanks.

 

The rims used to be with the company Sportmax (I believe they closed down due to some copyright problems). These are what he probably has, 16x8 0 offset Sportmax 002. Now the company is called XXR, search on google, and the rim is still called 002 (XXR 002).

hi. im new to this website. i also need help in this situation. i just got some 16z with a 0 offset for my rx7. (also xxr 002 - in red) i hear different opinion on how itz gonna fit. - my question is, will it fit alright? and if so, what is the best tire size i should get for it? please help.

 

Its always been a problem for me when it comes to tire size soo if it where 16x7(front) and x8(back) will it still be the same tire set up? want to get the 1.5lip and they only sell its in 16x7. the back i still wnat the 3.5 lip so 16x8.
Sorry i ask but honestly i cant figure out wheel and tire combos.
Ohh yeah and those rims look nice seen them on a friends 240sx and its the oldshool look i wanted. hell that even the name of them in www.xxrwheels.com

4 piston brakes fit under the stock 15's, so yes.
