what is there for the FB suspension.
my FB is going to need new or better suspension
and I was curious, what should I look into?

Go to the 1st gen section. There are a couple of current threads discussing this question.
I highly recommend www.re-speed.com
Racing beat is a decent way to go if you want a sporty ride on a daily driver. But if you have any intentions of racing, spend a little bit more and get the real thing (coilovers).
