Depends on what you are after in regards to performance and looks. "Lowering" springs usually don't end up lowering the car any, and in some cases end up lifting it a bit. This is in comparison to the stock springs, which have surely begun sagging by now.

If you are looking for a lowered look to the car, then you'd be better off spending a little bit more money and getting coilovers. If you are into sprited driving, or racing autocross, then you will also want coilovers.

I started out with the Racing Beat springs, which were supposed to lower the car an inch. I ended up about an inch higher than when I started, but the ride was firmer. I drove/raced that for over a year and then got fed up with it. Sold those parts off and upgraded to the Respeed parts. Very happy now.
