Falken azenis??
Im looking to get some good tires and i can get some 205's for my FC for $50 each. how are these tires? the Nitto NT555R are $40 More. This is my normal car so they need to be at least ok in the rain. what do you think??
The 555R is not good for street. I'd take the Azenis for better overall streetability. THe Azenis is a great tire for the price. Jump on it.
you'll be slightly undersized with a 205/50/15. Actually a good amount.

I think you might need to do some more homework. The Falken Azenis and the Nitto NT-555R are two different tires for two different jobs. The Nitto is for going straight, the Falken is for turning.

Azenis Sports are an outstanding performance bargain. They sound like they would be right up your alley. I put them on my daily driver and it is actually fun to drive now. They stick like glue and they are dirt cheap. They are a bit noisy and they aren't great in the wet, but those things are totally forgivable considering the grip and the price.

Yep, if they were sold over here as they are sold in Japan with the 225/50/16 size I'd be using them. Go to a local autocross and see what a lot of the street tire class bubbas are using. Many will be using the Azenis. But they are also good for daily driving for the most part. Great tires for playing around on twisty back roads. But for the price they are worth it.
If you want a good drag tire, then get a spare pair of wheels and get some extra tires for them. This way you'd get a lot of track life out of them without having to use up their life on the road everyday. Just show up to the track, switch them over and get some good times down. Then switch back over to the tires that are fun for the ride home.

I just got 195/55-14 Toyo Proxes T1-S. Haven't mounted em up yet, but from my research I'd consider those to be the best street tire choice for 14" wheels. The Azenis are supposed to be very good in the dry, but the T1-S dominates in the rain, which is important if don't just drive your car on sunny afternoons.
OK, so you want tires that are very good at both drag and autocross. Excellent traction in wet and dry. How about long life thrown in for good measure? But they have to be well under $100 each. Good luck.
Seriously, you'll need seperate tires to handle your needs.

I've got 225/45ZR17's on my FC -- Those things stick like glue! With ~330rwhp I can't spin in 2nd or 1st once they're a bit warm. Not bad for 90 bucks a tire
Really, really, really, really, REALLY fun on mountain roads too...

I ordered my T1-S's from www.tiretrends.com, cost me $625 Canadian for the set, including shipping and taxes. That's almost the same price I paid for my last set of tires, from a local tire shop, which were nowhere near as nice tires.
