Endless/Zeal pricing

First of all, thanks to the forum members who have helped me look into street dampers for my FD. Very helpful.

After much consideration, I've decided that for my car the best solution is either the Tein Flex or the Endless B6 as they offer essentially the same features:

* Monotube design
* adjustable damping
* ride height and pre-load independently adjustable
* pilloball upper mounts
* reasonable durability for the street

My issue is the Zeal pricing. The cheapest price I could find for the non-swift spring version is $2200! That's at least $850 more than I can get the Teins for through other retailers. I think the Zeals are higher quality, but not 60% more value! (The B2s are somewhat less but do not offer the ability to corner balance without messing with pre-load as the Teins and the B6s do.)

For the $2200 price range I start thinking about more exotic setups that might cost a few hundred more but offer more features. Just my $0.02,

-ch

Give Rishie at Auto RnD a call (they're in San Jose). He is an Endless dealer and gives good deals and service to rx7 forum members.

Hmmm, after some more Googling, I found this:

http://www.autocarparts.com/part/478/13

But I'm worried about all the jabber on the board about grey-market products. Seems insane that retailers can't discount...

Considering you are in the bay area you should stop by since we are in Milpitas. In fact I can guarantee you we would be the only ones to have these in stock, which we do. hehe. Endless allocated us to handle all distribution for North America. So in a nutshell we are the horse's mouth. If you are in the bay we would be your most efficient source for information and product demonstration.

Autocarparts is actually not a current dealer. They may have been a dealer in the past but as of right now are not. A safe way to check and to get retail pricing on the endless product lineup is to either visit www.endlessusa.com. On the bottom of the home page is a dealer tab. If you type in your zipcode you will be referred to a dealer near you. Now we have very very few dealers. We have been hand selecting dealers to carry this product line in order to ensure a level of service excellence and knowledge. If you get a chance sometime after JGTC, lol, we'll be running the Endless booth, come by and check us out.

Here's one of my FC's I just got back today.

We have both the Zeal B2 and Zeal B6 coilovers in stock. Here's some realtime pics of the stock:

B2: Retail 1685.00

B6: Retail 2200.00

I've just finished putting the Zeal B2's, our entry level coilover on my FC today.

Tomorrow we'll be putting on these bad boys.

I run Tein Flex on my FC and they have proven to be up to the task of autox and daily driving. I really really like them compared to the koni/gc setup or the tokico/gc setup Ive seen other guys run and the Teon Flex can be had for pretty cheap online. Even though the Flex are a very very nice coilover, if you can afford the Zeal B6 then defnitely go buy the B6's!

ARD will get you a sick deal if you get in touch with him directly, off this site.

I agree the FC above is wiiiiiiicked nice, it will now be my wallpaper once I paste all four images into one pic. damn, I need to widebody my own FC!!

Those are Work Meister S1 Two Piece wheels, Forged disc and barrel. They were a very very pretty penny. The SP1 Professors can't put a finger on the S1, imho.

Thanks for the compliments btw. I really appreciate it. This car has been a collaborative effort of a few of my friends and we're just happy to finally start releasing these vehicles into the public eye. We've still got some work ahead of us, but at least the car is back in my hands. hehe.

Thanks, Rishie

It is GP SPorts aero with Msport 20mm front and 50mm rear fenders.

Yea, Zeal has jumped in price considerably for some reason. The one site you found with Google probably can't get them at that price if at all. I remember I looked at them when I bought my set. So I'm sure the site is just out of date.

I won't comment on the kit itself since I have everything on my site, which I am sure you have seen. I will point out though that the b6 does not come standard with pillowball mounts unless it is a strut-type system.

Personally Tein was at the bottom of my list.

That is my car actually. Chris(CARX7), Vince (Enzochan), and I have triplets.

Vince has stock, but rolled rears.
Chris has the fronts and 30mm rears
I have the fronts and 50mm rears

We got em all. We all run same kit, wheels, suspension, brakes, and seats. There are Powertrain differences. I'm ported S5, Chris is ported S4 i think, Vine is RE.

I have black two piece meister
Vince has gold three piece
Chris has blue 20P three piece

Zeal: Pillowballs are an option, rigid mounts come standard for the FD. Depending on your purposes you may prefer to have rigid. They will last longer and yield a more streetable setup. Our prices are based of the retail yen, due to the yen's change in rate the prices have increased. We need to boost the USD badly. There are some serious benefits to a Zeal setup where the difference in price should be a nonissue for what we are able to offer. You definitely get what you pay for.

If you're attending JGTC please stop by our booth. Endless USA and AutoRnD.

Laters and thanks for the compliments on the car. All three vehicles will be quite featured next year. We're just tying up some loose ends on em.
