Hi guys!

I've found some delrin bushings on ebay and wanted to know if these are all bushings that I need to replace every rubber on my suspension

I've also bought some TCsportline toe links, trailing arms, banzai racing diff+transmission brace and some poly engine mounts...
A Tein MonoFlex is also on it's way

is this everything i need to stiffen up my suspension?

Re the bushings, the different colored zip ties make me think those are LubeGroove bushings, but it is impossible to tell from that picture.

If this is a street car, you may prefer getting some polyurethane bushings - the Delrin bushings require some periodic maintenance. When installed you need to put in zerk fittings and grease the bushings periodically.

Do a search for more info, there is plenty of it.

Add in a set of stock bushings to replace those when you get tired of them.

The FD's bushings do not need to be any stiffer than they are - with the exception of the rear trailing arm and toe links. Stiffer doesn't buy you more performance with this chassis. Read and research threads on here to educate yourself on why.

car will mainly be used for track days and very spirited street driviny (terrorize the austrian alps )
I know about that group buy, I also can remember the need for grease...
That little extra work would be no problem, car is never driven as a daily, just for fun only

They are on the list, but this little **ckers are so damn expensive
My current pillowballs seem to be good

I don't think I will getting tired of them... I don't need any comfort in this car, it should be a pure driving machine...
My last daily-driver (daily, not track toy) was a BMW E36 M3 3.2l with selfmade aluminum bushings, bucket seats, harness, rollcage, pillowballs, KW Var.3... And it was comfortbale enough to do 30.000km/year on our very bad austrian roads and driving 2000km+ to the nordschleife
Or do you have other reasons?

But I will definitly read up on that, in my world it always was/is -> compliance = bad

No, I suppose I don't have anything else to add. If you enjoyed the BMW with aluminum bushings on public roads, you may enjoy delrin bushings on the FD. Won't know till you try. The delrin will transfer more NVH and they don't have as much articulation as the stock bushings in areas where they are of a pillowball design vs a sleeved design like the delrin and poly bushes. They might eventually get noisy if you don't re-lubricate.

Some compliance isn't always bad. You need some give to allow the parts to respond to irregular roads and also so that nuts/bolts don't get loosened by a vibrating chassis. What is useful for a race car is not the same as what is useful in a street driven car.

totally agree with you, I've had to loctite EVERYTHING on my BMW...

I've read all threads I've found with searching about "delrin" in the thread topic... But I did not found some installpics of the zerk fittings (only one post, and every picture was down)
Do you have an idea where i can see some installed pictures?

I've also read about the "lubricating style" delrin bushings... can you tell me something about them? it seems that they have a lube groove in them... can you give any pictures/info on this?

To check your pillow *****, remove the dust covers from both sides and check for play. The covers offer some resistance to the pillow ***** making them feel tighter than they really are. I've got good prices on both OEM Mazda and AtomicRex pillow ***** if you ever need some. I dont know what shipping costs to Austria though

Shipping costs for small parts are not too high, I'm also ordering bigger parts (radiators, exhausts etc.) from the US, the shipping fees are OK.

When I'm ordering stuff from different companys I'm using the service of bonvu.com. They collect the shippments for me, repackaging the items into one big box, writing the custom bills and forward it to mee -> works flawless
