Nittos needs a small burnout, if smoke comes to the windows, I think you cook them to much.
Well they dont look as bad as i thought they would. I cant make up my mind on what to do. What air pressure are you using? How much life do you see out of them?

FOR STREET TIRES YOU SHOULD RUN BETWEEN 20-30 PSI AT THE DRAG STRIP.

Best way to set pressure on street tires, do a good burn out, look at the rubber on the street, it should be a solid thick(as wide as the tire) stripe. If there are two stripes, or one narrow one pressure is too high, drop it until you get the solid stripe. For the strip only go as low as 20 psi, but fill em up before driving home. Carl

that was tokico's illumina's and RB springs!

i think it looks low because i was running the 275/40's on a 17x9 rim.... if i had a 17x10 rim it would stretch it more and look lower profile. i had to roll the fenders sooo bad when i put the tires on!

i have coilovers now and raised up the car a bit no more rubbing

I have those same struts and springs too. Same tires and same wheel size. Mine sits up about 2 inches higher than yours. I guess yours is just that more heavier???

you are running 18's it makes it looks like there is more gap..........

when you run 17's with 45's and 40's it makes for NO GAP! lol

17x8 +38 an 17x9 +40 if memory serves me right. when i put the mazdaspeeds on i'm gonna have the wheel shop refinish them since they have seen some wear and tear due to age
