found that on some japanese site... Pics are self explanatory . So any idea what products or what can be used to do that? I cant read japanese so no idea what products those are.

Urethane mix...
The stuff for the form mix can be almost anything that sets - plaster of paris?

Know about Google Language translator?

Devcon Liquid Urethane

I'm gonna try this on my subframe bushings since the steel inserts are tapered.
