Difference between Tein HE (drift) coilovers and Tein HA (track?) coilovers?

What's the difference between the Tein HE (drift) coilovers and Tein HA coilovers? Do the HE's have more camber adjustment and just different stiffness settings or what? I plan on doing a lot of both (drifting and track events), but I'm not sure which coilovers to get since they're roughly the same price (once you add on the extra money for pillowball mounts for the HA's since they don't come with them).

he's have a fully threaded shock body for more adjustment. i think that's the only major difference.
