CUT bump stops when installing Tanabe GF210 on FC????

I didn't get any instructions with my GF210's. I know these springs are common so I wanted to know if you need to cut the factory bump stops? I have Tokico Blues with stock TII springs on now.

Thanks

Hopefully they look good!
