Couple of questions about FWD suspension set up

If this is in the wrong section please do move.

We have been racing in the FWD U car class at our local oval for some fun this summer and we are having a time getting this thing to turn in and stay down on the track. We are thinking it is something simple we have overlooked.

Here are the rules(mostly) that we list follow, there has been a revision on the camber rule, we can run as much as we want on all 4 corners, we can also run a wider wheel on the passenger side of the car.

The car is a 94 DSM with a NA 4g63, and we weighed in at 2655 with fuel.

The problems we are having are feathering of the outside tires, they only last 2 races, the car has no turn in and we are using out left foot on the brakes to keep the car from understeering when we reach the apex of the trun and roll back onto the throttle.
