Coil Over spring rates and lengths for TEIN suspension
Hey guys.
Ok i am fed up with the springs in my Tein Coil Overs already.
Now the have a helper spring in the top, basically to stop spring rattle and to make the suspension slightly more progressive.
Now i am going to get some custom springs and would like some idea as to what rate and length.
ATM i have 8kg-mm 175mm long with a 80mm long helper spring.
I am thinking of going to a 250mm 220lb spring. Does that sound about right for the front of a Series 4 RX7??
If not any suggestions? I am ordering tomorrow.
Cheers Glenn
