Coil over 101 question

Hi all,

coil overs? Does this mean I take out the stock spring and shocks and put the coil over in place? Don't know anything about coil overs. I'd like to upgrade my shocks and springs. Just a bit curious.

Thanks,
Jason

Assuming you have a FD because of the avaitor...
anyways the FD already has "coilovers"..but it seems when people usually say "coilovers" why a general refering to adjustable one...in terms of stiffness and height also... and yes it word be a shock/spring combo
