Maybe I'll buy your CE28Ns and put them on MY CAR, so everyone can have a pic of 9.5 x 18s with 265/35-18 Kumho V700s LOL

I've been at 24.5" with the stock wheels. I thought that I'd start there with the CEs and see how it works. Did you roll your fender lips?

artowar and artowar2, you guys are giving me double vision

Cossie, I'm glad to read that you you are having such great success with the symmetrical setup and 265/35-18 Micheline Pilot Sport Cup Comps. I bet they're world's better than the old Kumho V700 255/40-17 and 9 x 17 Volk setup Enjoy, and report your results @ Laguna!

Damn artowar2, when you gonna mount those things on the FD? You gonna keep them or sell them? Let us know...! 265/35-18 Kumho Ecsta V700s on 9.5 x 18 Titanium silver, 47-mm all around right? We've seen Cossie's in the trick dark grey. I want to see the lighter silver color!!

Damn SleepR1, instead of busting my chops, why don't you pony up for some wheels? Hell, I started shopping after you did, and I've bought two sets now

Now, I won't actually answer your question, but I will give you something else to rag on me for-- I'll probably mount the SE37As first. They're silver, 18x9.5 w/45mm offsets all around. I have to pick tires-- since I can't get RA-1s in a 265/35, I'm leaning towards Pilot Sport PS2s (America's tire shows a 265/35, though Tire Rack does not).

The SEs are too pretty to track-- they have a nice glossy clearcoat over the paint, and will make great street wheels. The CEs just seem to have the paint itself. Since they've got the more "functional" look, and are probably lighter (I'll get weights for the SEs later), the CEs will see track duty.

SE37As on FD

Yes! Yes! Mount the SE37As and take a pic. I like the 9.5 x 18, 45-mm size. Should work all the way around with 265/35-18 tires! Pick Pirelli P-Zero Asymmetricos. According to Tire Rack's specs they're 25.1 inches in overall diameter and 11 inches wide when mounted on 9.5 wide wheels (assuming 0.2 inch increase in section width with 0.5 inch increase in wheel width). They're nondirectional tires--you can mount them @ any wheel position for flexibility in wheel/tire rotations.

Yeah, everytime I'm close, I get second thoughts. The market is full such cool stuff, I can't bear it!

I'm looking forward to this pic. Perhaps when you get tired of those SE37As, you'll sell them to me LOL
