Carbonetics 2 way or different diff options
I apologize in advance in this is in the wrong section.
Ok I have a few questions on a few differential options. Now I'm typically a s-chassis owner and picked up my new Fd recently and I'm swapping in a v8 in it.
The questions I have are as such.
Best or most preferred rear end to swap in besides updrading the stock diff casing and getting an aftermarket differential.
Has anyone tried to use the 240 diffs in the fd's. (reason being they're cheap and reliable)
Any thoughts on a carbonetics 2 way? I currently have one for my 240 which has 0 miles on it so I don't know anything other than what I read online.
Car will see the occasional auto x, street abuse and also drag.

I doubt the 240 diff is any stronger than an FD rear with a brace on it
Differential Brace
or you can swap in a 8.8" cobra rear end:
FD Cobra 8.8 Cradle | Samberg Performance
