Can you fit a 8' inch wide wheel on a 7.5 rim size.Just wondering got a great great deal on the Velox kx-8 with gun metal witha polish lip in 18' but not sure because if i want them beacause of the 7.5 width.

I am not really sure what you are asking, but buying rims that are less wide than the stock 8" is not something that I would ever do, no matter what the price. If you just want 18" wheels and don't care about performance, I guess it might make sense. But again, I would not buy wheels that were less than 8" wide for the FD. In fact, I wouldn't buy anything less than 8.5" wide for the front or 9" for the rear.

I sure hope you don't demean the value and performance of your vehicle with a FWD wheel. You should find peace in the fact that Mazda has engineered that thing with most things considered. Wheel weight is almost unbeatable so you might as well get the proper widths.
