Question Shock and struts recomondations

My 87 S4 TII needs new shocks and struts, I have heard a lot about the tokico shocks, alrightly priced at about USD 800 $ for complete package. Any other suggestions? Also would like to replace all bushings in suspension, anyone know of any good ones or should i say good for 87rx7TII ones?

Can't say from personal experience, but many folks recommend the KYB AGX adjustables... Value seems to be good at less than half your $800 price. That's the first item on my suspension upgrade list to do and that's what I'll be buying.

EnergySuspension sells a master polyurethane bushing kit. Check out their site (www.energysuspension.com) for the part #, and then buy it off of somewhere else like www.summitracing.com...

I don't have any specific recommendations, but you should definitely shop around -- $800 is way too much for Tokicos. Try http://www.shox.com/.

Tokicos and good for the money but not a full racing shock. They are more popular than KYB's but not sure how they compare. Th right way is to go with Koni double adjustables. TrueChoice racing is a dealer that can build to spec. Ask any serious racer. If money is no object, Olins or JRZ will get you dates and the envy of this forum.
