broken diff mount on subframe

it all started with a thump/clunk so looked under the car and found what looked to be a bad bushing on the diff mount so i order a new one and when i was taking the old one off i found that the bushing was not the problrm at all!! it was a broken mount on the subframe (the on were the two studs slide in the slots ) is there a way i can take it to a welder and get it welded back on?
here is a pice of the broken 1 http://photobucket.com/albums/f243/j...nt=BROKEN1.jpg

And also has any one ever had one of these locks on there http://photobucket.com/albums/f243/j...rrent=LOCK.jpg

You can try welding ing back but it wont last long. My weldded subframe lasted a few months. Just replace it with another used subframe. You will need to reuse that washer. You would have more luck in the 2nd gen section.
