brake line question

Ok i know why ss brake lines have their advantages, but i have to ask is there really an advantage from one brand to the next. Such as project mu or agency power.... becides the fact of like $150??? Also does anyone know a good websight for a wide array of brake pads

I don't see any advantage of one brand over the other. I usually make my own from Earl's or Aeroquip fittings and hose. One thing to remember is you need to protect the rest of the car from these lines. The stainless steel braid will wear through just about anything they rub against. When I make mine I run a length of rubber hose over the line before I put the second end fitting on. Another option is to split a rubber hose and zip tie it on where it might rub the chassis.

Many pre-made lines will have a clear plastic sleeve over the braid to protect everythign else.
