Brake Kit

I was looking at upgrading my brakes. Would this kit make a significant difference? I want my car to still be streetable. Anyone use brembo rotors and have comments?

Which kit are you talking about? Your car will still be "streetable" with a kit. Why do you want a Big Brake Kit? Overkill for street in my opinion.. Why not upgrade your pads.. Amazing what a different compound will do for brake performance.

That kit is more "refreshing" your brake system rather than "upgrading".

Think I should go with that upgrade Howard Coleman was talking about? All the other kits I've seen are front brakes only and very expensive.

Unless you are a serious road track buff, a bigger brake kit isn't going to give you much on the street IMO (aside from looks).

If you don't do a lot of road tracks stuff and if your rotors are in good condition; some new/better brake pads and SS brake lines will give you probably all you need.

Mahjik & 88GT are right on the money.

unless you track your car aggressively there is no need to change anything other than the brake pads ( i like EBC green for the street but there are other options) and stainless steel lines... both upgrades are quite worthwhile for the street.
