Bottoming Out in My Lowered 7

I am bottoming out in the front when I go over a speed bump. What do I do?

Turn the car to the left or right and go over them at an angle...

I am using aftermarket 17in rims and it looks like only half an inch between the chases and the tire.

Go over the bumps slower, raise the ride height, get stiffer springs, or some combination of these.
