biggest rims on a FC

alright i have an 86 GXL and right now i just want the biggest rims i can get...cuz its not a turbo II like i want so im just mainly going for show...the go part is when i get money anyways...would 18X7.5 work on my car or would 17x7 be better....i want the biggest rims...my car is stock besides the system which lowers the car in the rear a few inches

your system wouldn't lower your car a few inches, unless you have 10 subs back there... and if it does then you have some serious suspension problems.

anyways, i have 17x8 rims and i could go bigger in the rear. you could go 17x8 front and 17x9 rear. it all depends alot on tire size too.

yeah just like the other guy said, whats the offset?? because im thinking of running 17x7.5 front and 17x9 rear, but just incase i cant find a 17x7.5 i'll get a 17x8

I have 18x10.5 front and rear, it rubs on the front a little bit but it sticks nice with 255 rubber.

You could probably get 235/30R19s to fit, but your rims will have to be the proper offset, or they will rub.
But the ride with tires having that low profile will feel like ****. You'll jar your fillings loose.
