Better Brakes - Master cylinder swap

I have heard that my 2nd Gen brakes can be improved with a master cylinder swap. The 929 M/C is supposed to fit right on. I checked the net and the only help I found was for a 3rd Gen .

Can someone tell me which 929 M/C fits the 2nd Gen? I checked the local parts shop and they told me there were several part numbers depending on the year of the 929. I am looking for one that has a larger diameter piston than the stock 2nd Gen M/C .

Has anyone done this swap? Results? Discussion? Suggestions? Help!!!

Thanks
