Best place to buy wheels/tires?

Hey, I was planning on getting new wheels and tires for my 88 rx7 and was wondering what the best place to get them from was? I looked at some on optionsauto.com but the offset was +42 and I figured that i needed something more between +30 and +40. Thanks a lot.

Offset will vary based on width. Contact me with your budget, functions, and size desired???

I have several affordable but high quality options.
