i am going to buy wheels that size 5-114.3 BOLT PATTERN 2) 17X8.0 OFFSET 43 FRONT, 2) 17X9.0 OFFSET 43 REAR
is it okay to fit on fd with stock suspension setting?
i am going to put eibach spring with stock shick..

Well, you could actually run 17x9 +43 at all four corners with 255/40 17 with no problems on the stock suspension. If you lower the car with Eibachs or other springs, you may want to roll the front fenders, but you may also be perfectly fine, every car is different.
