i've decided to sell my HKS Hyper Drag coilovers. while these are some badass coilovers, i dont want to wait months for HKS to fix them if they ever pop. and also im looking for something a little less expensive. with that said, im going to be in the market for some new coilovers. my car's not going to be seeing the track anytime soon, so i just need something for a really fun street car. on the top of my list are Apexi EXV's and Tein Flex's, which both cost around the same. from my understanding, the apexi exv's have higher spring rates and result in a harsher ride than the tein flex's. so my question is what are your experiences with these coilovers? is one any better than the other? i know teins have good service and turnaround time here in CA, what about the apexi's? any other info on these or other good coils you can recommend would be appreciated too. thanks.
