Anyone know the weight of 18x9.5 Volk Se37a?

Hey guys. Its between the volks and BBS Rgt's. I know the BBS are about 19.5 lbs so if the Volks are lighter then they win! thanks

PM MRrx7tt, he has those wheels. I believe the 18x9.5 is under 19 lbs.

According to this site the SE37K weighs 16.8 lbs in that size. I don't think the SE37A would be too far off from that.

Unfortunately the only wheel i can suggest that will get you near the stock wheel weight in that size would be the RAcing Hart CP035R. The two piece version. This is one of the lightest wheels i know of. If you want a Volk like that it will have to be the magesium ones. However I don't feel you should worry that much about unsprung weight. The Volks are still extremely light. You'll much enjoy the added grip and stability.

However a lot of the total weight will have to do with your tire selection as well. You can lose or gain up to 5 pounds on these size tires,

Later, Rishie

yeah... I was going with toyo tires since they're so darn light. The Harts are nice but I perfer the look of the 37a's. Rishie, do you know how much the 18x9.5 Volks weight? I can't seem to find an answer?

Theres a guy on the forum with a black car w/ gold or bronze 37As in that size (his car is heavily moddified, i believe he was doing as part of a magazine write-up or something), and he quoted them as 16.8 lbs. I'll admit, thats hard to believe at that size, but who knows.

Another point of reference: my 17x9.5 SE37K wheels weigh 16.6 pounds each.
