295's if they do fit might stick out alittle from your rear.

Here is an FD with 285/30 18s
Will 295s fit? I think so, but you may have to have coilovers and the rear suspension kit from M2 Performance. When I had 275s in the rear, I still had about 1/2 an inch on the outside, and about another inch between the wheel lip and the trailing arms. Those were 17s, too. Since 18s are larger, and the trailing arm sits further away from the wheel as it goes further towards the body, I think 295s WILL fit.

john rolf is the owner of that fd, it was jeff witzers car and if you go to the pettit web site there is a link. we have a fd right now that we are trying to cram 315/35/17's under (335 is too big) you need coil overs and the m2 trailing links and with the 335s you need a spacer to clear the links, oh and you also need to roll the fenders for clearance. we want it to look like this with out the stickers http://rx7.wego.com/file_depot/0-100...der/7653/7.jpg

Wow. I would *LOVE* to cram some 315s in back on my FD! I've got 255/35/18s on there now, and I just absolutely *ROAST* the tires in 1st and 2nd gear. Pushing around 400hp now, and I just can't put the power down.
I do have the M2 Advanced Design Coilover kit coming this week, plus the M2 trailing arms and toe links.
What exact offset and width should I ask for so that I can get the largest tire combo front and rear? I'm thinking of getting the custom ordered Fikse's in a 17" or 18" size.
I plan to use S02s, or possibly a V700 on there. (Don't know how loud the V700s would be).
Thanks!
(Will have 18x9 SSR Integrals w/P7000s for sale soon!)

I plan on selling those wheels very soon.
Let me know if you're interested.
FYI, they are 17x9.5 with 285/30-18
on the rear and 17x8.5 with 255/35-18
on the front. Don't know the offset.
They fit perfectly. The front fender lips
are rolled - don't know if that's required.
Car also has coilovers.

Hmm.. people are trying this without coilovers or suspension change? Isn't that a little nuts?
I'm about to put on 315s on the back of mine, was tested, just didnt want to disturb the neutral suspension til I got a couple of other things - either way - I got coil-overs and some other suspension changes, and it fits pretty good, but then again I have a high offset and Im running spacers.

Sorry, I did mean 18x8.5/9.5. I measured
the offsets today and they are 40mm rear,
35mm front, give or take a couple mm's.
I don't think these will fit if you've
got a stock suspension. I've got
coil-overs which I gather are smaller than
stock.
I expect the wheels/tires to be available sometime this month.
