Anyone have Tripoint setup their suspension

I'm in the process of getting coilovers and I have been doing some research on different combinations. In any case I had a conversation with the suspension guru's at Tripoint and I was convinced that they really know their stuff. I justed wanted to hear from those who have used them--just to comfirm what my optimal setup would be for me. Incidentally, their spring rate recommendations are completely different from those that come with the standard Ground Control kits.

My goal is to set up my FD for track events (not drag racing) and drive it on weekends and therefore I'm flexible with daily comfort compromises. I have upgraded front and rear swaybars and I have koni yellow shocks.

thanks for any input. You can PM if that makes sense.

tripoint did mine...I have koni yellow adjustables and H&R springs....thats all I did suspension wise...

but Im VERY happy with the setup. easily pulling right hand turns at 55 miles (on a dry clean road) an hour will definitely freak out your friends.

Manny,

Yeah, looking forward to coming back to Putnam. I plan on being at Gingerman on April 7th--too lazy to drive down to MADS (plus it's only the half track at VIR--I enjoyed the full course much better).

J,

Did Tripoint set up your car with 500 in the front and 350's in the back? Jeff also explained the benefits of H&R's over Eibachs. They seemed real knowledgeable. Also, did you send in your Koni's to them or did you machine in the grooves yourself?

thanks again.
