Anyone familiar with FD M2 springs

I purchased my car 6 years ago and it came with M2 springs and tokico shocks. Would anyone know what the spring rates might be for these? I searched and came up with nothing. Thanks.

Are they stock replacement springs, or a coilover conversion?

You may be in luck. M2 did have stock replacement springs with the preferred "track" rates of 550/450 for applications (like SCCA) that prohibited coilover conversions.

To my knowledge, those were the only spring rates they sold. I remember there was a push for them to get more aggressive rates but at that time, market wasn't calling for them on their street application set ups.

I believe they are replacement springs as they are on my tokico shocks, I'm curious if anyone knew about them as I am contemplating a suspension upgrade.

They are probably 550/450 then. I remember seeing them on their web site.

Not quite sure yet. I did tear into her over the past few years, single turbo, body kit etc. I am getting the track bug and am considering an upgrade to a descent coilover setup, figure I could get a couple bucks for my tokico's and springs to go towards them, we'll see.
