Another size question

From what I've been able to find, people go for +44 offset for 9" wide wheels and +50 for 10.5" wheels. But there is someone on here running 18 x 9.5 front and rear with +35 offset in the front and +28 in the rear.

I found what seems to be a good deal for a set of wheels but I'm not sure if it's possible to squeeze them onto an fd. For the front they have 17 x 9 with +24mm offset, and for the rear they got 17 x 10.5 with +27mm offset. Is there enough room to accomodate 10.5" wide rims in the rear and will these offsets work for a '94 fd?

Thanks

Those offsets are entirely too low, unless you plan on stretching a 225 tire on them, and doing some major rolling/pulling to the fender.
