Another Backspacing Question!!

Was going to get these wheels 17x9 25mm for front, 17x10.5 27mm. The backspacing for the front is 6 inches and the rear is 6.5. I know 6 inches is going to be to much back space for the front but adding an inch spacer is gonna be a pain in the *** because i put arp studs all around they are a little bigger then stock so i cant put spacers with built on lugs without putting the stock lugs back on.

My question is how much of the 6 inches do i need to get rid of to keep it away from the strut. Quarter inch, Half inch?

They are ARP lug studs i think 3 inches long keep in mind it shrinks it down going the the hub and rotor, whats the max spacer you think i can run on them without using to little threads?

I attached a picture i have mad steering angle but you can see the lug studs im using and about how long they really are.

If this is an FD with stock fenders, backspacing won't be your problem, it'll be front spacing.

they fit fine with most suspension. tire size is the issue..
with coilovers, you should be able to run 255's up front with fender work

so you think with some smaller tires up front you can run them without spacers?

they'll fit 255's without spacers.. the fender clearance is the issue, not the inside (unless the megans are designed weird). lots of people run those wheels on stock fenders.

ohhh you have way bigger issues than rubbing the strut. you're probably gonna need quite a bit of spacer to avoid hitting sway bar and control arm
