mine set to:

Front
Camber -2.2
Toe -0.01 (out)

Rear
Camber -1.5
Toe 0.03 (in)

These are on 245/45/16 Yoko ES 100
I start with this, when I get agresive, I will get -2.5 camber for front and around -2.2 rear

Don't worry about tire wear, because at autocross, the wear on the outside is much more than that much camber on street driving.

I am already "agressive" and I have less than 2 degrees negative on all four corners....Race tire wear has been superb as well.

I know nothing of the HKS bars, do you know their diameter?

With your primary use as street I would not bother putting more than 1.5 degrees negative anywhere on the car unless you just really like to buy tires; 1.5 is plenty.

 

Hope your tires are symmetrical ... so you can flop 'em as the camber will wear away tread unevenly. Like Damon says, you will wear through tires QUICK. Camber will eat them up some, but the toe out will really chew up tires. It's a give-and-take .... trading treadwear for instantaneous response and grip. I sure don't mind.

Also, camber and caster are on the same eccentric (Front only); so the more camber you dial in, the less caster you'll have available (and vice versa). This is important for all us auto-xers and road racers. Toe is independent, so run what you want. I run a lot more toe out than reza ...

 

I rarely drive my car other than autocross or some rx-7 meeting.
Thus what happened is my outside edge worn much faster than the inside edge with those camber, specially the rear. I maybe pushing too much in turn at autocross, still learning to do good and be smooth at autocross.
The tire still have hair in the inside edge, while on the outside edge it almost eaten the sidewall.
Perhaps tire pressure. I am running 35F and 32R

William at C2 can advice you on how much camber you want to run. He would analyze your tire wear to determine how much camber you want to run. Toe setting is always personal, really depends on the driver like redrotor1 said.

Anyway I run GAB R shock, Eibach springs and 245/45/16 Kuhmos.

-1.2 all the way around.

When I had stock suspension in Super Stock I ran -1.5 front and -1.2 rear. When I added the suspension mods that was too much camber up front.

-2.2 or -2.5 is too much, won't work well for you.

 

mine is Tokico with eibach spring, too soft, and lots of body roll, thus needing more camber.
I was told that when I change back to coil over or just GAB R shock, I would not need as much...

Reza, I do not autocross w/SCCA. I ran with AAX last year in SAC in a blue 97 tt Supra. I am building a beast of an FC(widebody,500rwhp) for NASA super unlimited. I will autocross it but my 17x12 rims kick me into prepared class. Side note, I beat Jack VanWetterings red tube frame bug by almost a second on a tight 30 second course with my Supra TT on Sunday For those of you who might be curious that Red bug was VW magazines entry in the G Force Challenge(sport compact car magazine) two years ago. I agree with Damon ... -2 will wear quickly. Also toe out in the front makes for a great auto-x setup. However you many find you really dislike it on the street. The car will be more dart like. It will grab any uneven surface and pull the car. Some like this because it is very race oriented ... others hate it. I have yet to find someone who is middle ground. I would recommend a nuetral setting if you find you don't like toe out in the front.

I am in Eugene, Jack VW and Marty (?) come up to Medford Or and I head down there. Medford has a bitchin' little go-kart track. Run times are typically 1.5-2 minutes. Twice a year they have a event where run times are a little over 4 min for me.

You ought to come up to Medford some time, only 40 ish cars show up, often they have a practice day the day before, unlimited runs!
