IMO air ride suspension is for full show cars only... Several friends of mine have air ride on their cars/trucks and I do not recommend it for daily driving, especially if you plan on driving fast. You lose a lot of handling with the air ride

Until there is a purpose built performance air-ride kit built for the FD (which will never happen) such as the ones made for the STI and M3, I would say this will never be a good idea. Now the ones for the STI and M3 are pretty good, but they still aren't as good as a nice set of coilovers.

Check out this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/modernizing-fd-461840/ esp from post 25 onward. It discusses the best airbag suspenion currently available (Praxis), and it's pros and cons.

My air ride......before i body dropped it road great.....but truck suspension and car suspension are totally different. the air cylinders make for a shi**y ride unless you have acumulators even still it doesn't compare anywhere near to a decent set of Coil overs.
