Affordable Wheels?
Sorry ARD T2, I didn't see your post until now. Those enkeis are a great option! I prefer that style with a bit of a lip, but those would be a good deal with some kind of discount. I've come to find that used is the way to go when it comes to value.. I'm going with this set of 17x8.5 2 piece BBS's, with tires included. Not the style I was looking for, but I still find them attractive. What do you guys think?

My only concern with that wheel is the offset. With 8.5" wide, if you every upgrade to a coilover you will have some internal clearance issues. You'd need a +25 to make that work with coilovers. If just standard struts, then you're probably fine as you can see he's done it.
Once again find out the offset. Not exactly a mesh wheel. hehe. You have lots of options bro. www.wheelchoice.com, takumi, ummms there's a lot of JDM used wheels for 5 Lug.

Ford sells about 200,000 Mustangs a year, probably about 30% GTs. Assuming that forged wheels cost $200 more per set of four to make over cast wheels (my guess is more), 60,000 GTs would mean an additional production cost of $12 million/annually. For something that the average consumer will have absolutely no appreciation for (meaning they're not going to shell out more $$), the possibility of them being forged is pretty low.
