Also to correct you, efini is pre 99.. 99+ all have flying M logos..
But, all center caps for OEM wheels are interchangeable.. I have done it.. 93 will fit 99, efini will fit 99, Flying M's will fit.. 99's..
i think you are right, that pic with the red rx7 lightning in a world of thunder is photoshoped... to bad i like how they look. mazda should have made those wheels bigger then 16s. i just bought myself a set of 99 spec 16s and am going to put some yoko a032r tires on them.

Those wheels are 99 spec wheels they are 17"rims.

They are: front 17x8 50mm offset, rear 17x8.5 50mm offset..
