3rd gen strut top mounts

Last year, I replaced the stock struts on my '93 with Koni yellows. At the time, I noticed that the front rubber bump stops on the top mounts looked a little cracked. I pulled the wheel off the other day, and they now appear to be a lot cracked!

Should I replace these with the stock rubber mounts, or does someone sell better ones like urethane or spherical links?

Also, while I have it apart, what springs does everyone recommend for Auto-X and track use? I want to keep the ride bearable for everyday driving, but a little stiffer for track days.

The stock ones work just fine; replace them. You could get true bump rubbers from True Choice to put on your Konis, but I can't recall the length you would need. They are not "better" though, just different.
