I have a pic of the stock, 17, and 18, lined up...but the forum says I already uploaded it and won't let me add it now.

(Yes, I did change the name...)

Yea, I thought they were both a bit heavy. Thats what I get for going on the cheap. Have debated on other tires...but think I will just stick with these for the moment. I can tell you the p-zero 295/30 is a good bit lighter.

I do like the way these wheels look. I just need to find something to do with the center caps! Any ideas? I would like just a flat center cap in black or something!

Lose the center caps, xchaos. Post pics with and without the caps, and we'll vote on it LOL

Ooooooh, papa like! For the money, those wheels really are great. How's the brake clearance in the front? I'm wondering if they'll fit with the new Stoptech kit (though I'll probably go with 17x8 in the front).

FYI I just purchased these in Hyperblack 17x9 from e-wheels.com for $192 each including shipping. I will post some pics when I get them mounted.

I finally got around to taking a pic of the car with the wheels on it. The car has not been washed for about 2 weeks, so bare with the dirt and grime.

Nice pic. What wheel/tire sizes?

Still don't like their center caps. That wheel will look much better without the center caps mounted

I look forward to seeing radkins setup in black 9 x 17, with 255/40-17 Bridgestone S-03s all around! Ryan, don't put those center caps on, ok?!

17x8F 35mm offset
17x9R 35mm offset
225-45-17F Kumho MX
255-40-17R Kumho MX

I know everyone says to go with a 43mm offset....but I like my wheels to sit exactly flush with the fender line and a 35mm offset fit dead on.

Ahh, thanks. The 17s look good on the car...very stock-like. Nice vented hood. That's next on my mod list.

Hyper black looks great! I was sooooo close to getting those for my black car. I'm just to damn conservative in my old age.

Anyway...I put my car on the ground last night with my 17/18 inch setup. I think it looks pretty awesome! I'll snap some pics in a couple of days! (I have to clean the car up since it has 4-5 months of dust build up on it, wouldn't want you guys to laugh at me too much!)

Hey SleepR1... do you have anymore pics of Radkins rims? I PM'd him asking him for different pics but he hasn't gotten back to me.

It's hard to tell from pics but are they a "gunmetalish" color but glossy? In some pics they look gloss black and in others silver.

Also I was thinking about running 255/40 Falkens ZE 502's on them. Have any info (weights?) on these tires. From previous experience, they have awesome grip in the rain but I can't remember how they are when it's dry.

****, just realized that the Falken 512's are discontinued.

Any suggestions for a good street tire, Y or Z rated, and under $120 a piece?

Anybody have an negatives about the Kumho MX's?? At only 25 pounds, they seem to be good tires.

xchaos,

Would you try puttin the 18 in front? I'd love to know if the size and offset w/ the tires will fit without any problems. If so, then I go!

Thanks,

POM HB
