I have these FN01R-c on my FD right now....17x8f and 17x9r....1994 BB FD with Bronze wheels. I will post some pics tomorrow....I think they look great...but my car is still on stock suspension for the meantime...but after winter is over, it will be fitted with a nice suspension. I am running 225-45-17f and 255-40-17r Kumho MX tires.

I also have a set of 18" SSR GT1 silver wheels which I am selling since I like these better on the car....both wheels are extremely light weight though.

I am looking at getting this wheel in a 17x9 size for all corners.. the "sleeper" fitment.. Will I experience any rubbing with stock suspension and the 43mm offset? I'd probably be getting 255/40-17 tires.. anyone run this setup?

I think you will be fine depending on the actual tire you put on them. Rear will be no issue.

I just completed my order and have decided to go with the 17/18 inch combo. Ordered the 2 fronts at 9x17 43mm offset to go with my 2 rear 9.5x18 45mm offset. I'm killing myself on my project right now and went with Yoko ES100s in 255/40/17s in front and 275/35/18s for the rear.

Wont be sure if I have to roll the fenders for at least 3 weeks, but I'll post up some pics w/ car on jackstands. I'll post up the 17" weights with and without tires as well as the 18s when I get them in and a chance to do it. Give me a week.

Post pics as soon as you can! Let us know how the 17/18s handle!

Post info on how to get 9.5 x 18s. The offset's right, and I'd be interested in running them in silver all around, no center caps, with 265/35-18 Pirelli P-Zeros. I need a set of FIVE.

Thanks for your time in following with this thread

I had to go to a local Discount Tire to find them. Had the manager call around to see if he could get them. He only found the 2 so I went ahead and grabed them.

Call one up and have them look around for you. You may have to place an order to get all 5.

I'm going to have to find some other center caps, paint them, or something. Any ideas there? This is the only draw back I have with this wheel so far.

Pics and weight info to come soon!

Just got the call that they should be in today. Not sure if I'm going to be able to weigh the 17s without tires mounted...but will try to find the time.

Remember, my car isn't exactly rolling at the moment, so the best pics I can give are with it on stands.

Been to busy this last week to get it road worthy...but will get it running within a month or so.

Went to pic up one of the 9x17s today. They look great. It weighed in with valvestem and center cap at 17.8lbs. Weighed the 9.5x18 again and it came in at 21.8lbs. Surprised at the 4lb difference, but there is no doubt the wheel looks more massive.

Hope to have the ES100s mounted tomorrow and can get some weights with the tires on them. I'll snap some pics then.

Of course now I'm debating on really wanting these tires...but I have 30 days after I get them to return if need be.

17.8 lbs is really light for 17 x 9 that's NOT forged! Yeah, 18 x 9.5s are pretty huge. Strictly for performance, there's no doubt that 9 x 17s mounted with 255/40-17s is the way to go. Thanks for following up, xchaos!

Fronts shouldn't be a problem, but I'd take it easy entering driveways when turning left.

even though the offset is +43 and not +45? I thought that unless it was perfetly offset, 17x9s with 255 rubber would rub the suspension?

Weights!!

9x17s with 255/40, with Yokohama ES100s, is 46.5lbs

9.5x18s with 275/35s, with same tire as above, is 50.5lbs.

I can live with that. I'll be posting some pics later tonight.

I'll post pics tomorrow. Forum is running too slow!

BTW, I weighed the stock 8x16 with S03 and they came in at 40lbs.
