2nd Gen Suspension Ideas?

2nd Gen Suspension Ideas?

All right I have an 86 GXL right now and it seems to hit bumps rather hard. It only has 68000 on the odo, but it has spent the last 3 years just sitting dormant and the one thing I noticed is that when I hit a bump it just seems to bang really hard in the rear, so I figure it's time for new shocks / struts and maybe springs while I'm at it.

I'm not looking to spend $1700 for coil overs at this point in time, but maybe later For reference I do have the AAS, and I plan to be swapping in a T2 powerplant in the next couple of months, but this is rather annoying because I feel every bump in the road :\

KYB AGX and Eibach Prokit or Racing Beat springs. That's my suggestion. I would also suggest replacing the upper mounts as well. They aren't that much. The rubber bushings go bad.
