You might consider posting the same question only one time and not eight

As for your question yes they will fit but the speedometer will read slow.

Yeah, bigger tires = screwed up speedo readings. It can be corrected but sometimes its not even worth it.

I have LS1 Edit, and should be able to correct it with that.

Then your math is wrong. In perfect terms when you go from a 225/50/16 to a 245/50/16 your speedometer will read slow by 3.2%. Your .06 mph example will only be true when the car is traveling approx 2 mph

60 mph indicated = 62 mph actual; 3.2% difference.

There's a nifty tire size calculator here

Damon,

According to the calculator you linked to, the 245's are actually .7% SLOWER than the 225's.

That is when you are going 60, your speedo reads 59.6

245/45 16 was the hot auto-X setup in the 90s.

No, DamonB is correct. You used a 245/45/16 in the calculation, the question was for a 245/50/16.

I run 245/50/16's in the rear. I havn't had any problems at all. Yes your speedo will be off some, but if your running a different final drive like I am, it will be off anyways.

You can run LS1 edit on an FD???
