2 piece wheel question

i just picked up a set of VR evo2, and they need a little attention. what sets should i go when taking the lip off the rim, are there any torque specs? gasket i have to buy when i pull them apart? can someone point me in the right direction?

You should contact the manufacturer and find out from them. It's best you find out from the horse's mouth.

What brand is it? Volk Racing = VR?
