1st Gen track suspension/spring size

Ok, I picked up a 1st gen I am planning to use as a track car, and since the original suspension is dead, I've decided to start there.

The plan at the moment is Tokico Illuminas with probably 350 or 300 springs up front, 200 or 175 springs in the rear. I don't have a desire to go with coilovers at this point in time.

My question is, what are the spring dimensions so I can order the springs.

I'm also going to get a set of caster/camber plates. Anyone know the difference between the Ground Control ones and the mazdatrix ones?

Thanks

eibach and racing beat are good for spring choices, I think that the eibachs have a more extreme ride height adjustment and are stiffer
