Thumbs up 18x9.5 +50 Does work here's proof

I got the SSR Comps in 18x9.5 +50 on all 4 corners, with Yokohama AVS ES 100's in 265/35/18. I finally got the car out today and did some driving. Even at full lock mine DO NOT rub at all. This is on stock R1 suspension. I drove it pretty hard around some corners and whatnot and there is no rubbing at all.

Thanks to Manny for this awesome fitament recommendation

Yup,

It's been a proven fitment for some time now. Congrats. It's a great combo.

Hmmm "SleepR1 Fitment II"? LOL

Actually Justin's the only FD owner I'm aware of that has 9.5 x 18, 50-mm with 265/35-18. Others like maxcooper, Johnny, and MilesBFree have 10 x 18, 285/30-18. Justin, you took a chance on my advice, and I'm ecstatic to know that you're happy with your purchase

Yeah, this is my favorite with 255/40-17 tires all around. Offset can range from 42 to 50 mm all around for 9.5 x 17 and 255/40-17s.

There's quite a few guys running around with that fitment now. Definitely that i know of. It's good that they are spread out thought. Some are running 285/30 on em. V700.

SleepR1: Why the hell do you write the width before the diameter?

Same reason why tire manufacturers list the section width before the wheel diameter, ie 255/40-17 means 10-inch wide x 40 aspect ratio x 17-inch wheel diameter

I'm curious if this will fit with a lowered car. A stock R1 suspension is very high compared to many of our cars!
