Would this sizes and offset fit a FD?

Yes, if you're going for the stretched tire/drift look. If you planning a traditional fit with wider tires, no.

You might be able to fit a wider tire on a rolled fender, not much though - dclin is spot on.

what about a 18x10 +38 all around? I know they will fit, but with a roll, what kind of tire sizes would I be looking at?

and they only come in +38.

^^^^^^^^^^ 245/40/18 for the stretched look or 275/40/18 for an aggressive stance look. 245 stretched might clear with just rolling inner lip in fender wells, i happen to like the stretched look. GL

won't clear front or rear unless you run wide fenders or do the stretched tire and some camber.

My setup with Enkei NT03+Ms:
FRONT - 18x9.5 +27 with FEED front fenders. 265/35/R18 tires
REAR - 18x10.5 +30 with RE-Amemiya rear fenders. 295/30/R18 tires
