Will these fit an FC with stock fenders without rubbing? The bolt pattern is 5 lug x 114.3.

You're fine on the fenders but it will be close with factory style struts. If you go coilovers this will not work most likely.

I would highly suggest a +35 as your highest offset. What suspension do you have?

Based on that i can recommend a tire size.

I'd say that they wouldn't fit. My wheels are 17x8 30-32 offset. I can
t even fit a finger in between the spring and the tire in the front, and that's with 225/45/17's. So I'd guess that you'd have issues with the spring rubbing on the tire. But like what Endless Work said, with coilovers it might work.

My suspension is stock. I have no plans to install coilovers; the only change may be different springs and struts over time. If I do get springs, most likely they will lower the car a half-inch or so--might I have problems then? I don't even know what size tires to put one. My preference is to keep the circumference close to stock, but with 18's, that may be really impractical for driving around town.

It's just too close. BBS actually recommends a 17x8 +42 as one of their fitments for FC. I have seen this work. But this is just too close.

^^yeah i was pretty certain the rear will work but the front got me stuck..

but on the tirerack site, it said these are the wheels that will work with the rx7..

http://www.tirerack.com/upgrade_gara...3&autoModClar=

i chose wheels for the 93 FD make and these came up..now they know more than me so im assuming it will work cause its on there..

i think it seems a bit confusing with the 35mm offset cause maybe they want the front tires to be flush with the wheel well like the back will since its 9 inchers back there?? im assuming..

btw, yeah i know the wheels are cheap but i dont feel like spending a massive amount on wheels this year, maybe next year when i throw some new paint on there i just want something other than stock that looks fairly good and cheap and these are it imo..

i doubt the front will work with a 35offest you will prob rub alot when u turn and chew up your front fender etc, for reference i have 16x8 wheels with a 38 offest in the front with 50series tire and i only rub when comin into my driveway, but with a 18inch wheel and 40series tire i think u may always rub just my 2cents
