18X8 18X9 Will it fit my Touring?

Hey fellow rotor heads,
I am thinking about picking up some wheels. The sizes are 18X8 front and 18X9 rear. The Offset for the front wheels are +40 and the offset for the rear wheels are +35. 235/40/ZR 18's on the fronts and 265/35/ZR18's in the rear. I have a touring model RX-7 with stock suspension. Will these fit my car well without rubbing issues or any other problems?

Also what is the widest tire recommended for a 9" wheel?

Thanks guys.

Those combinations should be fine, although higher offsets would be better. Tire sizes are good and are as large as should be run on those rim widths.

The 18x9 + 35 in the rear is sketchy. If you can get those wheels in a higher offset (> +40), that fitment would be less problematic. *Even moreso assuming the car is lowered.
