Does anyone know if the below will fit a 99 Jspec ?

18" SUPER ADVAN ALLOY WHEELS

225/40RZ18 FRONT / 18x9

245/40RZ18 REAR / 18x9.5

those widths will fit only if the OFFSET is correct.
find out the offset to see how far out the wheel is from the hub, then we can give you the definite answer

Those tire sizes are all wrong.

Try:

255/35-18 (18x9)
265/35-18 (18x9.5)

And yes, the wheels will need a high offset to fit w/o rubbing, especially up front. Minimally, I'd go +45 and +43 front and rear, respectively.
