12.5 wheel options
12.5 wheel options
I am planning to go wide and wanted to know other than CCW, Kinesis and Fiske wheels what other options are out there that are light.
It's too bad they don't make RPF1's in that size since I love the design.
I need a 12.5 wheel to house 335 tires...

Bogart Race Wheels (www.bogartracingwheels.com). The RR10 or R/T styles in the Road Race section are very light. My 17x12.5's weigh about 19lbs. Not sure what current costs are, but I'd expect in the 600/wheel range.
If you want to go to 18's or larger you can try CCW.

J line has some models in that width - http://jlinewheels.com/models.html
You could pick up a low offset pair of rpf1's and have them widened?
Forgeline is another good option.

Not sure on offsets, but I believe with the Pettit flares it will bea +12 to +20 around that area.
If I don't go this route I will just roll the fenders and stick 18x10.5 or 11 with 295 or 305....I just need more tire back there than my 265...
