*gauging interest in Tanabe's Seven suspension

I know that Tanabe has promised this suspension, but they might not be releasing it here unless there is enough interest. The price I'm guessing should about the same as the other suspension, but how many of you would truely be interested in owning a set.... here's a write up on one from an evo owner... http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=193510

I had to settle w/ the teins because originally sold a set of tanabe ss type II to a forum member but saw the sevens and was waiting around for those. Please chime in because I know that they check the boards for interest on certain products.

I've been waiting around for these since I read a write up in a magazine, forget which one, about a year ago. I was wondering why they never posted a spring rates, I see they have two versions if they had a 8/8 street/track version i would buy them.

they haven't posted anything up because they never did a US spec version. Tanabe Japan has to see a reason to send engineers out to the US to rig up a US version of the products. If they can't find a reason to spend the $ to do this (ie have the people to buy the products) then they won't do it. Originally they were going to release the sevens here but japan decided that the market for the FD is "dried up"

FYI, just in case Tanabe doesn't produce this Cusco might have the Zero2E. I'd have to double check but that could be another E controlled damper.
